Whose turn is it
Someone has to do the fern. Grove puts a name on that task, lets you leave a comment, and keeps one list for the house.
How does whose turn work?
Admin, gardener, and caregiver share one list. Assignment puts a person on a task. Today's list is by house, room, and plant, with a name on whose turn it is. Completing it records that it happened.
Can we add a task for the house itself?
Yes. A grocery run for soil, a Saturday repotting session, whatever the house needs. Those custom house tasks show on the Calendar and the Care List.
Can we leave a note on a task?
Comments live on the task. "I held off, soil was still wet" is useful for the person who has tomorrow.
What if two people think it is their turn?
Assignment is the tie-break. One name on the task. If you need to hand it off, reassign. The list stays one list.
