These terms cover this website and the Grove waiting list, operated by Cultsure. They're short because the service is simple: a list, an invite link, and a promise we intend to keep.
1. What the waiting list is
Joining the list registers your interest in Grove and gets you a personal invite link. It does not create an account, and it doesn't cost anything.
2. The priority deal, exactly
When 2 or more people join the list through your personal link, you're added to the priority list. When Grove opens access, the priority list goes first. That's the entire mechanic — no hidden tiers, no fake position counters, no countdown theater.
3. What we don't promise
- A launch date. Grove opens when it's ready. We won't name a date we're not certain of.
- Beta access. Raising your hand for the beta tells us you're interested; beta invitations depend on capacity and fit, and are sent at our discretion.
- Pricing. Nothing on this site is a pricing claim or offer.
4. Playing fair
Referrals must be real people who chose to join. Automated signups, disposable-email farms, or self-referrals may be removed from the count — quietly and without drama, but removed. We may close or reset signups that abuse the mechanic.
5. Your data
Handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Our content
The Grove name, leaf mark, and the content of this site belong to Cultsure. Don't reuse them in ways that suggest affiliation or endorsement.
7. The unavoidable legal paragraph
This site and the waiting list are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cultsure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the site or the list. Nothing here limits rights that consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.
8. Changes and contact
